Thanks guys! Still need to sand the paint at least once to remove the runs in the paint and order some decals. Going to my local sign shop and having custom decals made for the box blade. I painted it using the tsc rattle can i cub yellow. Think i might go back for a darker shade but will see once the second coat is applied. Got tired of it sitting outside in bare metal and with me being stuck at home with a sinus infection this passed my time and made me feel like i accomplished somthing.

I went to my buddy Andy's and expanded his garden. Before he had it brush hogged down it was a thicket. I was able to plow thru the roots and thick grass. I think I got Andy hooked on plowing!
I didn't get any pics but I got some videos! Now you're making me want to go plow today.
![]() Who would have thought, plowing in Dec. instead of snow moving. ![]() That place will be a lot easier to plow in the spring at least. The 1650 looked good.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
