Default HELP! Send Bird Seed!!
Got a few interesting bird pics yesterday, thought I would share.

I got so close to the woodpecker (third pic) that the picture is uncropped.

Look at the woodpecker's eye, the white dot is the reflection of the flash.

The 4th pic also, you can see the reflection of the flash in the eye of the nuthatch.

The nuthatch is swallowing a peanut (you can see some of it in the bird's mouth).

Great pics.

I start feeding my birds about mid December & finish about the end of April.

Got 3 different feeders, suet, seed & grain, & black seed only.

Saw a red winged black bird last week & my 1st. Robin yesterday.

I think those nuthatches are cool, upside down more than upside right.
We feed all year round, but I have been noticng the cardnals are doing their spring locating calls, could it be at 27* spring is coming?

With over an inch still on the ground here and forcast for 2 - 4 more the birds are hitting my feeders real hard. Even have deer tracks in the yard. At least these Deeres are brown not green.
