Default New toy for the BRS..

Went and picked up the plow Adrian had with the 982D and his 782. I figured I would get a pic of it on the Smoker, then decided I would try it out for one row, then as things with Cubs usually do I just kept going and ended up turning over the garden spot for the fall. It was a bit wet, but nothing the diesel couldn't handle at a bit over half throttle. Best part is, I didn't even have to set up the plow, it was already set

I have some pics and a video listed below. Has been a very good day.

Default Sweet Ride

DWayne
That 982D is sweet. Glad to see you use it. The dirt washes off and a little wax will make her purtty again.

It's got so many layers of wax right now I'll need a scraper to remove it. I was able to get the tires cleaned up a bit before quitting for the day. She usually stays pretty spotless and sleeps in a sheet but I don't mind getting them dirty.

That sounds good. I may try to find a 54" blade sometime for the Smoker. But may try to get a rear box blade from Xtrememotorworks.com to keep my drive worked up real good.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
