Default Headlights added
I used a couple of plastic closet flange rings from the local hardware store, marked and cut them for retaining rings, made a new panel from .040" aluminum with 4-1/8" holes for the #4111 headlamps to fit into, and this is how it looks now...

I'm curious to see if those melt or not, seeing as how they are pretty close to the muffler.

Did you use Johnny bolts to mount the rings for the bulbs?

I'm kinda wondering about that as well. If so, I might add a piece of the high-temp insulation that we use at work between the rings and the heatshield.
