Default Greenville,OH. Farm Power of the Past

July 5th----8th Dark Co. Fairgrounds

http://www.greenvillefarmpower.org

I talked to one on the guys today that puts it on every year. he said there will be a lot of garden tractors there. and will only cost 10.00 to take your ride(s) and show them off. (no judging) at this show. just have a good time and cruse them around all you want. and the flea market area is big.
Dark Co. fair is the biggest Co. fair in Ohio . you guys that go to Portland IN. know how big that is ,,, Dark Co. is 2x that size.

What's the deal on these two? Is this a factory option or some home mod?

I dont think that was an option. the final drives look similar to ones on a Farmall A or B

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
