Cadet 55
Hey guys I've been restoring/hot rodding a cadet 55 and I've been wanting to put the cadet 60 petals (reverse & forward) on mine and I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this

The Cadet 60 has a different pulley set-up to accomplish this and a camshaft that extends out of the motor with a second pulley for reverse. Since very few motors do this I think you'd be time and money ahead finding a Cadet 60 if this is something you really want. It would probably take a little engineering and a lot of time making this work on a white RER

Almost forgot, the white RER's have a reverse built into the gearbox whereas the Cadet 60 has 4 speeds and the pedal controls F and R. Completely different set-up. I have a Cadet 60 but been a good while since I had my 75 so memory is faint.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
