scrape blade super cub
I see a lot of four foot scrape blades around here for sale cheap. They are all for cat 1 tractors. Is there a reason they couldn't be changed over to a cat 0 for a super to pull? I can do the fabrication that would be invloved.
My thought is the blade would be to tall? Also to wide, but that would be an easy fix with a torch. Any thoughts? The more beer you drink...........................

Cub 149, since your going to be fabricating how about a grader blade to go under the center of your cub. Guy's that have them like the way you can work the ground compared to the front mount, I guess it's all what you like but I have been playing with the idea myself to build one. This one in the picture is one that got away a couple of years ago...........

Another thought, these box scrapers are not all that complicated either, since your building one you could make it as wide as you wanted. I have a rear blade I use on my 1650 and I like the box scraper way better, again all what turns you on
I hope you can see the pictures, I have seen them converted to work on a 982's cat zero 3 pt. |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
