Put a 15x6x6 inner tube in a 22x7.50x12

Doing it on a low Budget.
Call it cheap or Recycling, but it worked out fine. It was hard to get the small tube on. Imagine pushing a watermelon thru a donut.







I put a short piece on ridged hose over the valve stem to act as a keeper. The stem extension and washer hold it in place.

10$ is way easier than the aggrivation doing that. I don't give that tube a prayers chance.

My experience doing that on 14,15 or 16" tubes made today, is they split the seams when over stretched.
I used to get away with it in the '50's '60's when the rubber was more pliable.

Let us know how long that lasts. They make tubes in all kinds of different sizes for a reason.
