head bolt tourqe specs
gonna put head gasket on my 7hp kohler in my 70. what are the tourqe specs for the head bolts

should be 15-20 ft/lb according to a google search i did. ten pound increments works best. larger kohlers are 30 ft/lb. cleaning the threads on the bolts and in the head is more important so your torque is even and correct than the actual number you torque to.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
