Here is the hitch my dad and I made
My dad does a lot of yard selling and bought several hitches. We took those and made a cat 0 for my cubs and a cat 1 for his kubota. Total investment for both was about $35.

Duke we plan to use it for a little bit of everything. We are trying to make several attachments. So far we only have a ripper plow like in the other post. Im current trying to get enough metal to build a boom lift insert for it. Both of them are standard size receivers so anything that will fit a "reese" style receiver will fit. Dad is retired and does the yard sale thing so as he finds pieces and parts there is no telling what we may end up with.

I have a boom pole from these guys for my hitch.
http://www.redlandhill.com/Telescoping_Boom_Pole.html It replaces the top link. I would think you could fab one up without too much work for a cat 0. I've used it for skidding logs, put a choker around the log, hook it to the boom lift it and go.

Thanks Sam Ill save that link to use as a guide. I think it would be simple enough.We are trying to be cheap and build from scrap.
