Default decal search
I have began to tear down my 149 , and I thought to myself , I have not seen the decal of the patent #s on the left side of the frame (just behind the foot rest pegs) any where on the web in decal sets . Is there a source I missed or is this often just dropped .I thought about masking it before paint but the lettering is kinda rough. What do you guys do with this decal? It is near the center of the frame towards the top.

Well if you can't get a repo one a local vinyl shop could remake it. My wife has done such things before but won't be exact.

Okay , that might be a good backup plan... if I don't tell anyone it is a local reproduction , then it would be exact ,right?

I would be interested in one if you are able to get them made. My 149 is down to the stripped bare metal frame right now. I was curious about the same thing.

Well my 149 has a good decal on it. I could have my wife take a good high res pic of it and remake it. Then I could send the digital remake to you so you could have it printed or my wife could print it off for a small fee. If we got enough people to get one we could make it cheap. Also anybody who wanted one for another model that just needed different numbers on it could be included as well.

If it ever warms up and the snow melts, I want to blast and paint my 1250 Quietline. I would be interested in a patent decal as well, as the replacement sets that I have seen don't include it for my tractor, and I haven't found a source.
