Default CC Super Steering Arm Interchange

The steering arm on my CC cub is worn and I am not having any luck finding one .........even on Evil Bay.
And Patton Acres is sold out.
I have shown the two different types below but my is the curved arm type and I don't see any way that
the t-type could be used.........easily that is.

Does anyone know if there is another part number or what it would take to adapt to something else.
Not in an urgent need as it is worn a has some slop to it but other than that it can wait until I find something
but just want to be prepared when it does need it.
Also will need that Heim joint replaced as it is really sloppy, so going to take it off today and see if ACE has a replacement.
Not sure of the thread size so I need to remove it to make sure that it is an exact match.
I don't have power steering on either of my cubs.

Good idea Mike.

I would rather find a used one to do the bushing job on and then have it to replace ready to go. If I can find one for 20 bucks, it would be well worth it for me to do this in advance.

Researched all of the old posts on here and everywhere that I can find on the internet and I cannot find a place that has those HEIM joings for the steering arm. They are a 3/8" diameter rod and a 1/2/20 thread and cannot find anyone ....even McMaster carr that has any that are that particular size.

Help..........

Hey there Leadslingingdaddy, I checked your posts and found where you had worked the power steering rod ends but could not find anything for the steering arm.
This one is a 1/2 -20 female thread with a 3/8 hole that mounts to the pivot arm .
That piece is hard for me to find. I could just put another cub part on there, just didn't want to jump to that if someone had found a better part. The cub part seems to be made out of just stamped metal and not a fully machined part.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
