salt/seed spreader
Got bored while doing a little "spring" cleaning today and decided to try and fit a hold spreader that I got that was mounted on the front of a 100. Well obviously I didn't want it on the front so I went for the back and suprisingly I didn't have to modify a single thing except drill two holes in the spreader frame and used longer bolts in the back four transaxle holes. All I have to do now is find a new.electric motor to turn the spreader. Any body have any ideas on decently cheap 12 volt.motors.with a little bit of power? Here are a few pics and I'm still able to use my receiver hitch and can put any and all mid or front mount attachments so no reason to remove. Only weighs maybe 50 lb and don't worry it will get a new coat of paint when its up and working

What drove the wirley wheel before?
I've got an Earthway that mounts to an ATV, and it has a small motor mounted to the bottom. Maybe look on their website for ideas.a I also don't think you want to run seed through it, very hard to calabrate, there more for fertilizer.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
