Spark Plugs?
What is the best spark plug to run in my stock 100 puller. I have heard about all the new spark plugs being better, is it true?

on a stock motor I've not seen any gains on a dyno with spark plugs or coils for that matter. 6.5:1 compression flat head on gas. anything that lights the fire at the correct time seams to work.

If I bore the engine out and get an aluminum head would it change anything with the plugs or not?

with a billet head its about location and using the flame travel. how much bore are you talking and what for fuel?

not sure on the bore yet and just regular gas that you get from a gas station. what kind of gas would be better to run?

that would depend on what parts your going to use. cam, bore, head design, carb, valve size, ports. you're kind of building backwards.
Here's the first 10 questions you need to answer. spark plug heat range would probably be one of the last questions you need answered. 1 - read your rules 2 - decide if you still want to mow 3 - what can I afford 4 - can my drive line take it 5 - can I afford to beef that up 6 - what size tire's do I need 7 - will I need to regear 8 - can I afford that 9 - how much do I have left for a motor 10- mmm |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
