Thanks for all the info. I wound up ordering 4 feet of #41 chain and a connecting link and I will just take it down to 73 links myself. After everyone I called said the either did not have one or could not order one that was the only option. When the chain come in I will put it on and replace all the fluids before I try to crank it up.

Someone called him on the phone asking about it while I was picking it up. I talked him down on the price and went and picked it up. I had to replace one of the tires on the cart. The engine seems to have good compression and All the mower belts seem to be in place.

Yea I also saw it. I don't remember anything in the add about a cart though. Great find. Should be a fun project.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens.
