Default Model 70 Tie Rods????
I'm looking for a set of Tie Rods for my model 70, can anyone tell me what other cubs will fit mine. I have found some for the following models, 105, 124,1250,
will any of these work. Any help would be great.

Since you have posted your inquiry in the "puller's section", are you looking for ends that are beefier than stock...???

this is what I use on my puller. I drill and tap aluminum rod . RH on one end LH on the other to 3/8 24. I prefer the bolt through design myself . no ball joint to fall apart.

Get your tie rod ends here. From McMaster Carr. You can get greaseable or non greaseable. The ones I linked to are the best style, but they have other types if you prefer. You can even get them in stainless.

Yes I plan on beefing up the ends with Lubrication-Free Heavy Duty Ball Joint Linkages, I just needed to get the tie rods them selves mine were all bent up.

Oh, you are just looking for the "drag link" not the tie rods/tie rod ends......

Near as I can tell, all the narrow frames are the same. The 1250, however, uses a different part number. I don't know what the length difference is. The 147 was the last model that I saw that carried the same part number. The 149, it changed to a different number.
