Default kinda old but new

Hello everybody! My little story starts out when I was little my dad worked for an International dealership as a mechanic working on anything from an original cub to a MX 305. Over the years he had owned many tractors including an original, 102,149,1450,and now a 782. I will always remember the first time he let me drive the 149 Anyway I think this is where this addiction started !!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS DAD Now my collection includes a 1250 which I got for $300.00 10yrs ago, a 1450 last summer for too much money, and my newest pride of the fleet this fall a 1650 for $100.00!!! I will try to get some pics of the homemade cubzilla that my dad built form scratch 35yrs ago, Its kinda like a Johnny Cash thing I GOT IT ONE PIECE AT A TIME!!!!!!

It is real nice to have all three, if one breaks down I can jump on the other ones,or rob parts to fix it. Also nice not having to switch attachments.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
