I have the Xtreme hitch on my 121. Seriously doubt that any thing will fail with that. Just not enough tractor to put enough load on it. Tires will spin first. Just my 2 cents. I'll shut up now.

From my experience plowing new ground with my 1650 and standard IH 3 pt I have to agree with Sam Mac, traction will go first. I hooked a tree root with the plow and it stopped me dead. This is with ags and weights. No damage other than to my patience. Your idea looks good, but what about switching to a tiller?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens.
