You could weld a plate on top and put a nice flower pot on it. Or better yet, find and old iron kettle to attach to the top. Put a vertical growing flower in the center surrounded by something that would grow over and hang down the side. Place it along the front walk next to the door or next to the back patio. Be careful where you put it, the rust will stain.

From what I see in the photo, and have seen of old horse drawn moldboard plows that have a wooden beam, I would say you have a very old walk behind horse drawn plow.

I spent many days as a kid, following mules and horses behind the old walking plow. The Vulcan #12 was a wicked piece. But, the Chattanooga # 95 was a wonderful tool. That one was left handed, with slatted moldboard. It was lighter, and ran true enough for a very small boy (me), to plow all day, in the KY creek bottoms. And, don't let anyone fool you. Those old plows could really turn the sod or stalk ground completely over, and do it 6 to 10 inches deep, when properly set up. But a lot of folks, just "cut and covered", as dad called it. By the way, I see some folks doing that with the small tractors too.
I will be watching for one of those to "adapt" to the Yella' Mule.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
