I believe the EZ vac is an original attachment. I just went to look at a #2 with the same setup but his had the cloth top, the tubes and the motor to get the clipping up into the trailer. Never saw any documents on it but the guy i was talking to wanted a pretty penny for the whole setup so maybe you got something there.

Martin,
This first one with the sides was an add on from the EZ rake Co. The other may be a later model trac vac.

Well the one #2 cart that had the galvanized cover on it is in a LOT worse shape than I originally thought. I just wanted to throw out there to anyone that may be interested in any parts off it please let me know before I scrap it. I have all the parts for it and everything is in good condition. I just didn't want to take the time to cut off and remove everything if no body wants parts. Just shoot me a PM. Thanks!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
