In Firefox, to to Tools --> Options and make sure that the "accept cookies from sites" box is checked.
In IE, go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy and click the "Sites" button. Put in the address of the forum in the "Address of website" entry box, and click the "Allow" button. I'm not 100% sure this will work, but I don't have to log in every time with these settings, so...

I just did this and it worked, but I go to lots of forums and never had to do that before. I have always just clicked the remember button and it always remembers unless I clear cookies out of the computer. I think its something wonky with this site but its not that big of deal. I am just happy to be here! Randy

Thanks Matt G.,... it took 3 attempts but I finally got it to work.
:biggrin2.gif:The first 2 times,... I tried "copy and pasteing" the site's address,.... and that DIDN'T work. ![]() ![]() So,... I followed your directions "to the letter" and TYPED the site's address in and THAT worked. ![]() I almost feel like I owe you a "brand new" Cub Cadet (or something), because anything that speeds up this stinking "dial up" (that I'm on) eliminates a lot of stress on my old and feeble mind.:biggrin2.gif: ,.... but,... since I don't know how I'd get a new Cadet to you (because I don't have your address), PLEASE accept my eternal gratitude. :biggrin2.gif:RoninKS |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
