Im liking that simulated wood grain front housing. Or is that real wood?
It goes with the sanded but unpainted fenders (just razzing you sawdust, always enjoy seeing your designs and like that you arent afraid to experiment!)

Well done Cad! I like practical project like that, This give you a edge way over beans counter engineers!
I almost bough a set of ATV snow track last summer (Loose the sealed auction by $50 ) my idea was simple, adapt them to a Cub for snow removing. I don't think anyone try it yet, the price is the only set back unless you get lucky (I almost been... )PS: Don't worry about shipping cost for the fender if your serious PM me and I take care of that part but to be perfectly honest with you your QL need some paint and my fender need serious work, I just try to avoid working on mine and provide you more seat time on the 584 not working on yours....Well you are just 2 spray can away

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
