Default Low cost front LED beam

I purchase a pair of Eurolite 6LED PAR36 sealed beam 18W/1.5A/12Vdc for my QL1650 and I pay $105 CA today, I was sure it was a good deal
since the exact same beam sell under another name for more money on EB in US found, before taxes.

Here the link :http://www.ebay.com/itm/PAR-36-LED-l...item4ade389f7b

Now I found the same beam for $27 a piece on Larsen light E-site...I will order 2 Trapezoid from them and return my "Big deal" were
they come from tomorrow... https://www.larsenlights.com/par-36-...tt-flood-light

Here what both model look like:

Be sure to post back how well these work! I would love a low cost LED solution that actually improves light for these Cubs. My snow mover has 5 lights on it now but if I could, I'd put more on it. Currently limited by the charging system Keep us posted!

Same here-my cost on Grote LEDs that size are out of sight, had to stick with 4411s.

Ryan those are replacement for 4411's front seal beam use on old narrow frame to 82 series cub. For your Cyclops nothing is better than a set of light bar LED. The electric PTO and ignition system draw about 5Amps you need to keep that in mind. The formula is Volts X Amps = Watts (V X I = P) If we keep 2 Amps for the battery recharge and the stator is a 15Amps we have only 8Amps left (12.8V X8Amps = 102.4Watts) to power the light or 13A/166W if it's a 20Amps stator. Those are estimate numbers I made, do the math, as long you don't overload the charging system your safe.

PS: I test them today, they are powerful and the front lens is glass. Mine are flood model the trapezoid are even better since they can reach a longer distance. Same power as Grote for 1/4 of the price No picture yet...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
