FEL Pallet Forks

Found these on an epay auction and got them pretty cheap. When my 3 point for the Super goes on, I am going to get my cousin to fab up a mount to go on the receiver I get. Just wanted to show off my new toy/tool.

Looks good! Can't wait to see them on the back of a Cub, that would be another one of those 1001 uses tools.

Was it a one item listing or did he have others ? Looking for some for my skid steer . Cheap !

We had a set on a tractor at work and they worked good but it bent the bottom of the bucket, since then we've bought a skid steer with real pallet forks.

titanattachments is the seller. They have more, "buy it now" and auctions. If your patient and watch the auctions you can get some cheap like I did. Came free fedex in 2 days.

My uncle already bent the bucket with a chain-on bale spear. I think I started to straighten it out today trying them out. So far I'm pretty happy with them for the price. Can't wait to get them on the back of the Super. I don't know how I have survived so long with out them. Gonna make moving snow blowers ect. so much easier on my back!

Bxpanded makes forks fot rhe BX's. They hook to the top of the bucket.

I prototyped a set that clamps to the bucket top and supports much of the load in the rear. They worked well but one of the forks had a knot and broke after a week of 'testing'. Yes the next set will be steel.

Local Childrens Home here where I live has horses. They needed a way to put a round bale out and didn't have any forks (for the loader). Didn't want to buy any either, but they did have a set of rear forks. So, I just welded a hook on the front center of the bucket. Drive up to the set of 3pt forks, roll the bucket down, latch on the top link and roll the bucket back up scooping the forks onto the bucket. The forks set flat against the bottom, and the hook kept them on. They also had a quick attach on the 3pt so they could drop the forks, turn the tractor around and hook it onto the loader and never get off. A set of 3pt forks are under $350, so it's a pretty cheap mod. Big plus, they are usually rated for loads above what the loader is so no bending them.

Sorry guys, no pics. I did it years ago. I don't even know if they still have the tractor or not. I don't think they do. I believe they traded it. I don't do much work for them anymore.

Uncle sold the baling equipment when they were trying to sell the farm, so if I get the bucket straight and reinforce it, there shouldn't be any more issues (if I can keep him off of it). I'm into these for a 1/3 of that and I will make them work on 2 tractors (big & small)

I wish I had a pic because it was such a simplistic design. It's easy to make stuff QA. I'll try and draw up how IH did it on their buckets. Honestly, the QA systems that uniloaders (skid steers) use is pretty simple, and you can buy the QA plates to build your own stuff.

It will be even easier to get my cousin (that I gave the 1811 and plow to) to make it for me!
