Onan differences question
Hey guys I found an ad on craigslist. A guy has a 14 hp power Onan for sale. It needs a flywheel and a stator. I have a B48G with a dead cylinder. I was wondering what the difference between the smaller Onan and the 19.9 hp Onan? I know the cranks are different, but could I use the cylinders and other internal parts?
For what he is asking for it would save me a ton of money on a rebuild. I might be able to get away with just getting new gaskets!

The block and jugs are one part on the Onans. This guy was selling the Onan out of this tractor for $600.
http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/grd/5068364912.html I purchased a plow from him and it sounded pretty good but I'm not sure about the crank and if it will work in a 982. There was a company in Michigan that would rebuild them but you had to send them your short block. Maybe someone remembers the name of them.
