your in kind of a bad spot. no one makes parts for the opposed twins so you'll need to either make something work or make the part yourself

cub made a 1806 for a short time which was a 18 magnum with the aluminum housing 3 speed also a model 1535 was the same thing. There should be parts some where. I have a Midwest set up in my 104 just the basic fiber disc and there drive plates with the stock driver. Haven't had any slip yet

clutch parts would work but its not like the Mag 18 has any real performance parts available. I don't think you can even buy a billet clutch hub adaptor , steel flywheel , decent rods and I don't even recall seeing any cams offered. I'm sure Lacota ,Vogel or Greg Hackman can grind them

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
