I was more pleased than Brent I think. Although he was shaking a little!
Three more days and our late archery and flintlock is over. Still plenty of time!

Very true Chris. Now it's your turn. Send Brent through the brush and you wait for the deer.
That's a slob of a mule head. 150#? I've had to of killed over 50 does in my life and only one time hit 150#. Now that was honest to goodness 150# on a scale too.
I've talked to many guys who've killed then 160-170, but never had them weighed...

I may have guessed a little heavy? Brent said it was 108# field dressed at the butcher shop. So maybe around 140 live weight.

Ahhhh, I can see clearly now the rain has gone...
I was talking dressed weight, not live weight. We've been averaging here the last five years 95#-125# dressed on our does with a once and a very great while 130-135.
EITHER way, meat in the freezer...
