1050 and '82 Series Comparison
Would the rear lift mechanism from a 1050 work on an '82 series? From outward appearances, a 1050 and a 782 look very similar in shape. The 1050 has a manual rear lift (I think).
Just wondering. Thanks.

Rear lift mechanism...... could you be more specific?
The 1050 should have a cat 0, 3 point if it was put on by a dealer. You can put a Cub Cadet sleeve hitch on it (others call it a Cub Cadet 3pt)... The frames of the two tractors are the same, but the lift bar will be different because one is manual and the other hydraulic. Otherwise, anything on one will bolt to the other. Except for a tiller gear box, unless the 782 has an aluminum rear.
