Sorry but my crystal ball comes up empty unless I put in a model number.
I would suggest you find the model number of what ever you are working on and try WWW.partstree.com or if it is a
cub cadet you could try cub cadet parts.
Then you could try cross referencing to find the best price, google works wonders, Luck!!

would that work for a 1862 power steering column as well? Also does anyone know who rebuilds the power steering cylinders in CT or some place I can send it to be rebuilt.

Thanks

Probably the same parts for the control valve / pump. Member cubs-n-bxrs has rebuilt the steering cylinders you may want to PM him. I know he cuts them apart in a lathe then replaces the seals and welds them back together.

Where is it leaking from? When I got my 1772, it was dripping 2-3 drips per minute from the steering column. I found I had a bunch of loose fittings where the lines connect to the column. Once I snugged them all up - no more drips.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
