When I put my new plate damper on, the horizontal (Shaft, Tron) plate was not centered. I manipulated (bent) it to the center mark. I was easier to do than I expected. Be gentle.

I have centered all of my hydro's. IMO being off center of the spring, is what causes most of the trunnion wear.

You can also use shim style washers to tighten up any slop where it attaches with the snap ring etc...

Oh wow I can't believe I didn't see this repair kit when I ordered my braces. So is this something that gets welded into place? If so I'll have to try to get screws to a welder. This would save me a ton of problems! Thanks again for your time everyone!
