About what do these sell for. This is the best picture I have of it. Missing one tooth.

I've seen a few come up from $200 to $500. I think the larger sized 42" ones will be on the upper $ if in good shape. Does it still have the serial tag on it. Nick is correct on the teeth. I purchased a complete set of 4 for one of mine.

He's asking $1000 for it and what looks like a 125. Supposed to run good, just ugly.

That just sold, or tried to sell on E-Bay. Thought I recognized it. He's way, way off on the price.

It was in California. Where is it now? Might be a scam....

I know the guy and he was just in CA. It's in Kansas now. Just looked it up on ebay and it was down to $650. He said the 125 does run good, but is ugly.

What are you thinking might be a reasonable price for the pair? I was thinking $600 for the blade and $250 for the tractor would still be on the high side. He is looking at the tractor as if to part it out, but he's a JD guy. $150 for the weights, $150 for the rear lift, etc. I don't see it that way and don't want to part it out.

Thoughts????????

$500 total is all I see there. $600 tops for the pair. If he wants to part it out, tell him to disassemble it. Not worth the sum of the parts whole.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to pass unless the price changes.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
