Thanks for the comments guys!!
A couple days ago, I was gonna spend the day prepping the LP for paint. My SIL has been wanting a freight container,, the guy called,, and said he had some. Instead of paint prep, we went shopping,, the SIL decided on a new, one use FC. We ran home, and started the area prep. Some time ago, I had leveled the area with the IH 584, the SIL had 17 tons of gravel delivered. The gravel has been there for over a month, the SIL has been stealing from the pile for a nice walking path. The remaining gravel was kinda rough,, two passes with the LP, the area was flat. The container came, and they dropped it pretty close to where the SIL wanted it. My two year old grandson approves!! The FC is the new home for the JD855,,, it fit perfectly. The FC was not at quite the angle the SIL wanted,,, he used the 855 to move it to the left,,, you can see the chain, and the piled up gravel from moving the 4,500 pound container to the left. When I ain't chasing the grandson on the new path,,, maybe I will get the painting started,,, |

That looks really good, I built one for our skid steer using an old cutting edge and a pair of 8" H beams that works pretty good but the angled bars are probably better for working gravel driveways.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
