I like the looks of those! Bet they don't track near as bad as ag tires. They remind me of what came on the BIG Deere mower my cousin bought a while back.

Another option for filling the tires is a garden sprayer.

I happened to have one that the tube on the sprayer fit over the valve stem with no mods needed.

Just deflate the tire. Sit on it to mash it down a bit with no air. Fill the sprayer with washer fluid. Put the sprayer outlet onto the valve stem. Pump it up and it pushes the fluid into the tire.

A thread here somewhere on this approach...
