You will have a few problems the fender mount made for the 1811 are flat angled and will not fit the rounded fenders of the 1862 (cyclops) series. The cabs are much more rare than the tractors, it is much better to get t tractor to fit the cab. I have a couple of cabs and have have found aftermarket parts but SIMS no longer supports those older cabs for parts. If you post some pictures and name the parts you need I'm sure we can give you more specific suggestions. I am just about finished restoring a SIMS cab for a 1872. I will post a thread soon.

You can probably make it fit. Probably better to find the proper cab. If you do put it on the Cyclops be careful drilling the fenders, the gas tank sits up tight under them. I bought a Cyclops that the PO installed a cup holder on the fender, yep drilled and screwed it into the gas tank.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
