ATTN 147 owners
Need to know how your elect lift is secured to this support.
I believe the support is original to the Cub. Mine was bolted (loosely) w/a 5/8" bolt and ruined the bushing in the motor as well as wallered out the hole in the support. I have a new bushing that is 1/2" ID x 7/8 OD.I suspect the motor should be held in place w/a 1/2" clevis pin w/flat washer, wave washer and cotter pin. Parts book is rather vague in that department. Thanks!

The gss-1404 shows a clevis pin,I like clevis, a washer, and a cotter pin holing it in.
If the bracket hole on the tractor is wallowed out I would drill it out to accept a bushing.
