Default 1811 hydro pump
hi im looking for somebody that has replaced the left and right side seals i have the manual but would like to hear from a person how u did this was there any issues the book says it dont even needs to be apart all the way is this right thank you for your time ronnie

If your talking about the trunk on seals, you can change the right side without disassembly, but not the left. Complete disassembly is required to do the left side. Unless it's leaking bad, don't messential with it. The left side seldom leaks.

yes i have 2 that leak on the left 1 is the back seal and one on the right

You can't see the seal on the left..... it's covered up by the control lever. You sure it's the trunion seal leaking?

You can do all of the seals except the one on the trunnion control side without taking it apart. It's not a big deal to take them apart and put them back together. Just make sure you read the procedure about how to remove the 2 pins on the control side. If you screw that up you are in trouble. Keep everything super clean.
