108 repower with ch15
What must be done to make this conversion happen? I don't want to modify it beyond the point I can't put it back but this seems much more her friendly that trying to find a k series that size. I guess I should add i t has an electric clutch off of a 2xxx on of and I plan to use it instead of the factory PTO clutch.

This is not a conversion I've seen anybody do before so you're probably on your own. I would start by sitting the engine in place and seeing how everything lines up, if the engine sits to high for the driveshaft then it can't be done without major modification.

Where is the original k series at? Or did you buy it as a roller? Less time and money to either fix or replace the k241 imo

Its closer to a parts machine than a roller. No hood brakes or seat. Engine is there and complete but it isn't original and I want to use it on my 123. So I want to go with a resto- mod for gardening. Little more power and a pressure lube system are a significant improvement plus I already have the engine.
