I have to admit they make it so it makes the trip, the sheathing and sheet rock are glued screwed and then both sides of studs and joist are sprayed with foam sealer.
Pics of my fun 25 years ago it snowed over 5ft that winter with over 4 ft in the basement.

To put it in perspective, the trailers had 16 wheels under each one. A bulldozer was REQUIRED to be on site to pull the crane and house onto the site. I bought around 45 tons of gravel for my driveway, The DOT put a couple loads at the front when they installed the pipes, and there was still another load required after the crane and first 1/2 made it up the drive. Yeah any structure designed to be lifted by the top and set in place must be pretty well designed. 20 years in and we have had no problems. I'll see if I can post some pics.

Yeah, that would turn ugly quick! They stayed in camper in our back yard a few years back, was not good! Had to make sure bathroom door was locked, ALWAYS!

I am on the down hill run now, meter box is all hooked up, water is on, need more back fill because they let it freeze up, and waiting for fiberglass steps they charged us 900$ for to come in. We have an appointment for the final "walk through" with woman from bank, code guy, us and Owner of company on wednesday so hoping to get in the end of next week.

I am glad the snow held off until house was on foundation, could not imagine 4ft of snow in crawlspace!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
