NF hydo lift pump rebuild
Hey guys wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, I am looking for the 2 pump gears inside the hydro lift pump. The one that mounts to the shaft for drive pulley broke where the pin connects it to shaft. The return spring broke and a piece got between gear and housing. Thanks

Gears are NLA. There is a gear set from a Ford (tractor) power steering pump that works, but machining is required. I do not have a part number. I know who knows..... we'll see if he responds.

Thanks Jon and Oak. I appreciate the help! Got alot of lawn work afyer the new house has been done, filling ruts, moving decks, had a couple trees come down this winter. I am lost without my old cub! Was going to ask some of you if new gears could be machined or if it was even worth it. I definetle do not wanna go back to arm strong lift after having the hydro for so long, but dont wanna give up my cub either!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
