Aluminum sheet from McMaster-Carr.
Rubber headlight rings from eBay.
LEDs from Amazon.



Now... help out the electrically ignorant owner and tell me the best way to wire them using a pull-switch.

Here you go, follow diagram to wire lights. Start at negative side of charge gauge. Nice job btw

Which lights did you use? I purchased a set on Amazon, but they are too much of a flood light. I'd like to get something a little more directional.

PAR36 LED Xenon White flood from Amazon. They sell a spot as well. The price was grossly high but, since it is likely to be a one-time, I bit the bullet. I'll try and remember to take a pic of the patternt tonight, but no promises since drinking games have already begun.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
