LeRoi Rotary Compressor 150RG1E
I have a late '60's tow behind portable air compressor made by Leroi which at that time was a division of Wabco (Westinghouse Air Brake). I'm looking for some parts for the compressor unloader valve, the cylinder diaphragm. So far I have not been able to locate a dealer that might have parts for this antique. If anyone might have an idea as to a source of parts, please let me know. Thanks!
Leroi model 150 RG1E serial# 287X317

I'm sure you have tried the net',
Sometimes the hokey ass message board (HAMB) guys talk old compressors, also the old construction machinery guys might be a try as well as smokstak.com Is what you are seeking something that can be repaired or machined? is it a mechanical unloader or air powered diaphragm unloader on the valves? |

Compressor is a rotary vane type and the diaphragm is located in a pneumatic actuator for the door on the inlet to the vane chamber. Closing the door unloads the compressor.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
