Thanks for the add. I have a couple garden tractors but this is my first Cub. This is a 1864 and I'm impressed with the power steering and hydraulic 3pt in a compact package.
Meter shows 110 hours but that can't be right based on the condition of the machine. It had been abandoned for years in a barn, so it should have looked better if the hours were correct. So far I've cleaned out a bunch of mouse nests, put tubes in the front tires, checked compression and spark in the engine, and ran it briefly on starting fluid. So far so good. Next up is that leak in the rear.... And Googling that problem is how I ended up here. Will continue reading and share when I've made progress (or get stuck).
