Default Returning CubNutz

Hello again!:last account I had was not used much due to activity in sales on eBay/CL with these great little machines and their parts. What got me started was I brought home a 1250 "fence row" find back in 04.Needing obsolete parts I found most of them on eBay.Bought another non-running Quietline for more parts to complete my restoration.Sold the parts on eBay I did not need and made my money back for the two tractors! Now here it is near the end of 2010 and 200+ Cub Cadet tractor's later that has came and gone,in boxes or as a whole, restored or original condition. I do have a self conviction as to parting out a good running IHCC. If it is molested or spent time in the elements, rolled off a trailer, tornado victim or pilled up in a salvage yard then it's a candidate for parting to help feed our "addictions".I have had 154's down to the Originals and finally can add a 782D and plan to keep it.Rolled in a clean 582 a few weeks ago and the grandson has made a claim to it. Tractors at present is a 1440 CCC,782D,1980 582,1250,86,85 Special and a 62 Original w/fenders,AG's,weights and front blade.A big thank you to all previous buyers out there!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
