Cub Cadet GT3200 with 3205 Snowblower PTO shaft
Hi guys.
I had an old 3205 parts mower which wasn't intended for parts but its been giving parts to my GT3200. I put the front quick hitch onto the 3200 and attached my snowblower but realized I'm missing the correct sized PTO shaft. The 3200 shaft is thicker then its predecessor so I went and grabbed the mower shaft off of the 3205's deck. After this I realized it's too long and couldn't find any specific length or size online nor one for sale. If I can't find one for sale or a part number I'm considering cutting the deck shaft down to fit the blower. Ill add some photos of what I mean later on. Any body have any suggestions?

As per the parts look up, it looks like the model 190-353-100 blower uses pto shaft part #717-3458. That blower and pto shaft were used on both the 3205 and GT3200 as per the parts look up. Are you asking if they are different or do you not have the correct shaft
(717-3458) for the blower?

I do not have the correct pto shaft that connects to the power take off on the mower and connects to the blower. I haven't found one for sale so I was wandering whether cutting my spare deck shaft down would work. However the release connector seems to not lock onto the front side of the pto of the mower.
