And Jamestown Distributors are one excellent outfit. They've always been prompt and expedient in shipping their stock!

It's infuriating that they banned the stuff that works, and leave us with useless crap. MEK was handy stuff. I still have a can of it.

I too tend to focus on products banned in Commiefornia for the same reasons.I'll add paint strippers to the list of things that don't work anymore (along with high efficiency clothes and dishwashers, low flush toilets, etc)

Brake parts cleaner does a fair job of stripping paint as does an ultrasonic cleaner using just plain old dishwashing soap.

And How!
The absolute worst possible way too clean clothes, IMO
I think I would have better luck walking down to the creek,
grab a rock, and have at it, and get better results than those
high priced pieces of they sell as clothes washers.
Oh sorry, paint stripper, worthless.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
