Quiet Line Side Panels
Hi, since the 1250 I just bought didn't have the side panels, was wondering what the masses say they would be worth or willing to pay.
Did find a pair on Craigslist pretty rough, he want's $120.00 I only paid $200.00 for the tractor so that's causing the mental block for the side panel issue. As far as my other issues, no help for that. Anybody that has a set, or finds a set, shoot me a PM. As always, Thanks for all your help, Bryan

Pass on that.
I call that a Barrett jackson situation. Some fellow watches TV and thinks his junk is worth a fortune because a reconstructed one sold for half a million dollars on TV. |

I hear you. I found one but here's the deal. My 1250, $200.00 The parts tractor I found, $290.00 + an extra $50.00 for the side panels.
I've been sending emails to this guy for over a month trying to get him to lower the price. It's been for sale since right before Christmas. I even sent him a pic of the one I bought that runs, his does not run. He said that's in pretty good shape, and you got it cheap. Yep I give up, he won't budge.

You all take my mind to places I just never imagined it would go.
So if I just hooked the trailer up this next fall when I head to WI fishing maybe I could actually find a parts tractor, or 2. Oh my Ken |

No, head to WI 1st weekend after July 4th and stop at Portage for the HUGE Garden Tractor Daze at the fairgrounds and don' be surprised if there are 1,000 or more GT's on display and swap meet and auction as well.
You will not be disappointed!! I'll even bring you a pair, they would be really expen$ive to ship I'm afraid. |

and condition that matches the tractor. They look like they would have come off of it. Very happy today. Side panels for the 1250, got the 1810 as home, it was a good day. As Ralphie would say. "All was right with the World"

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
