Relay wiring question.
Finally found some time to drop the 21hp vanguard in the 782 and I was originally planning to use a wiring harness out of a newer tractor but decided not to. Now I would like to hook up a relay to shut down the engine when I turn the key off but relay wiring has always been a bit confusing to me. What I need is to know how I can wire up a relay so that when it's getting power from the key it will unground the magneto and when the key is off it will ground out? Thanks

Yup, I'll send you a diagram used on a 782 w/M18 Engine. Same principal. The color of the Kill Wire maybe different, but the concept is the same.
