Cub cadet cousin?
I just grabbed a mower from my neighbor for free it's a 2011 troy built 13wx78ks011with the Kohler engine. He ran it without oil. Looks like it leaked out of the bottom seal. It's the Kohler sv600-3224. I read about someone with a similar situation that it basically ate the case. I got it yesterday so I have yet to see about anything. Wasn't sure if this engine is worth saving or how big a pita it might be to swap with a Briggs engine.
I know it's not a cub but it's made by mtd who makes cub. So if this post isn't allowed here it's ok just delete it. Wasn't sure if there was a cub cadet version of this mower or not. I can't hardly find any info on this mower
