Default Dealer Decal placement for 1x3/4 Tractors

http://pattonacres.com/cart/dealer-s...l-6-p-231.html

Where would this decal have been placed at the dealer? I thought it would go either on the back of the seat or the transmission/drive shaft tunnel? Am I right with the locations or is it applied elsewhere? Thanks in advance!

I may be wrong but am pretty sure that decal would go on a window or door of the dealers shop.

Now as far as dealer decals for the cubs I have seen them on the side of a fuel tank, mine is on the left side of the dash tower, have seen them on the back fender pan, just below the seat, I think they got put wherever the dealer felt like putting them.

You might be talking about a sticker that looks like this?:

Oh! ok I see what you mean DX3. I had bought one because I thought it was a decal that went on the tractor itself. But I do think you are right as far as placement of the decal you posted (thanks for the pic!), I've seen them placed all over other cubs and even saw one at a show that had the underside of the hood covered in them! Now I can reorder the right set of decals.

I think the dealers put those wherever they wanted to. I have seen them on the back of the fenders, the side of the hood, the side of the dash tower, and other places.

Thanks guys! I was pretty sure they went anywhere they would stick, but wanted to double check before i stuck the wrong thing on my 123. Anyone out there know where i can get the dealer decals with Illinois or Kentucky dealers on them? Ive seen the ones at Patton Acres with Ohio dealers, kinda tempting.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
