I myself did not know about the handles. But when it comes to where the bear shiets in the woods, both wf and nf creepers are identical in cast and function. IH did not make two different creepers. Common sense says it was a matter of fit between the garden tractors. Simple swap out parts apparently.

Looks like I might have found a problem with my creeper, but other than that there should be no cause for a malfunction simply because one is from a wf and the other from a nf. I work and build on the nf, not buy and sell.

LOL just scored a set for my 1250 for those late night mowing activities! Ya they looked the same but never hurts to ask. Know I learned a few things to store in the box on my shoulders! LOL Anybody have a length on the mounting bolts? If not I'll just wait and measure and just pic up some grade 8's at the TSC. Thanks for all the info and pics again. Experience is still the best teacher, tho sometimes not the easiest! lol

I put a NF creeper on my 108 by modifying the handle, bending and adding an extension.

I know very old post but just put a nf creeper on my 108 and works great but having a hard time figuring out what bends and adapters/fittings to use or do that will have full travel forward and back with the center guard on. Do you happen to have a picture of yours. And it’s kind of hard to find 3/8-24 all thread or long bolts. Thank you.

I did think about that and that will for sure be the easiest and probably the only way to do it. It does have quite a long stroke or throw.

I installed a creeper on my 106. The drive shaft had a score on the drive shaft where to cut and the shaft was pre-drilled for the spring pin for the coupler. I did split the tractor to install the creeper. I would think if your drive shaft has a pre-drilled hole it will also have the score mark.

Yes the drive shaft wasn’t the problem. I did get the creeper installed and working correctly. The problem was the center tunnel cover slot was not long enough for full motion of the shift lever. Thank you for the tips and advice.
